Team Crush Baseball Programs
2025 Fall Season Program
Our Fall program at Team Crush Baseball is strategically designed with a player development-centric approach. For all teams, the focus is on refining fundamental skills, enhancing baseball IQ, and fostering individual growth through a combination of developmental games and participation in one competitive tournament. This period provides an excellent opportunity for players to hone their abilities in a less intense, yet still challenging, environment.
For our showcase teams, the Fall season is crucial for maintaining peak performance. These teams will continue to keep their skills sharp through advanced training and will actively attend team and showcase camps to ensure continuous exposure opportunities to college coaches and scouts, maximizing their recruitment potential.
Fall Season Dates
- Starts - September 6th
- Ends - October 13th
Fall Practice Schedule
- Monday - Arm Care and Recovery - Strongly recommended for all pitchers, especially those who pitched during the previous weekend. This session is optional for catchers and position players.
- Purpose: During this session, pitchers will complete an arm care assessment. Pitchers, catchers, and position players will complete a guided arm care recovery protocol. This is a vital component of our program, providing us with valuable insights into each pitcher's arm strength and range of motion, which is crucial for monitoring their arm health throughout the season.
- Wednesday - Arm Care\Bullpen and Hitting
- Saturday or Sunday - On Field Development and Execution. Our on-field defense program focuses on developing confident, fundamentally sound, and game-ready defenders. We achieve this through a comprehensive approach that includes developmental and controlled games, live at-bats for realistic pressure, and position-specific instruction. We emphasize fundamental mastery, situational awareness, effective communication, high-volume repetitions, and a seamless transition of skills to game performance, ultimately building players capable of making game-changing plays.
- Developmental and Controlled Games: These sessions provide a structured live in game environment to apply learned techniques. Players gain valuable experience reading plays, making decisions, and working as a cohesive unit.
