BASEBALL SEASONS
Season Overview
At Team Crush Baseball, our year-round program is meticulously designed to ensure continuous player development and consistent execution, building upon skills and strategies across every season. We believe in fostering growth and maximizing potential through a structured approach that adapts to the academic and athletic calendars, ensuring our athletes are always progressing.
SPRING SEASON (MARCH - MAY)
The Spring season at Team Crush is specifically designed for 7th and 8th graders who are not participating in their respective high school baseball programs. High school players are typically fully committed to their school teams during this period and, as such, will not be able to participate in the Team Crush Spring season. Spring training for eligible players will commence in March, with the competitive season typically running from April and concluding at the end of May.
SUMMER SEASON (MAY - AUGUST)
Memorial Day weekend traditionally marks the exciting beginning of the Summer season for most Team Crush teams across all age groups. This includes both 7th and 8th graders, as well as all high school players. Our summer practice schedule is strategically planned to begin in the last week of June. This timing ensures that high school players have completed their respective school seasons and can fully commit to Team Crush activities without conflict, allowing for seamless transition and focused development through the summer months. The summer season will conclude the end of July or first weekend of August.
Showcase Teams - For our dedicated showcase teams, the Summer season is strategically designed as a pivotal period for maximizing college exposure and recruitment opportunities. The program intensely focuses on participation in premier team and showcase camps. These carefully selected events provide our athletes with direct access to college coaches from various divisions and levels. Through competitive game play, specialized drills, and direct interaction, players gain invaluable visibility, significantly increasing their chances for recruitment and securing their collegiate baseball future.
FALL SEASON (September - October)
The Fall season typically kicks off the first week of September and concludes towards the mid to end of October. Our Fall program at Team Crush Baseball is strategically designed with a player development-centric approach. For all teams, the focus is on refining fundamental skills, enhancing baseball IQ, and fostering individual growth through a combination of developmental games and participation in one competitive tournament. This period provides an excellent opportunity for players to hone their abilities in a less intense, yet still challenging, environment.
For our showcase teams, the Fall season is crucial for maintaining peak performance. These teams will continue to keep their skills sharp through advanced training and will actively attend team and showcase camps to ensure continuous exposure opportunities to college coaches and scouts, maximizing their recruitment potential.

practices and skill development
Our practices are structured to mirror the intensity and organization of a college-level program. Teams train three times per week throughout the summer with a focus on both team development and individualized instruction. Practices are high-paced, competitive, and efficient — designed to help players sharpen skills, elevate baseball IQ, and stay game-ready.
We staff each practice with 8–10 coaches to deliver position-specific instruction and maximize reps for every player. Small-group breakdowns ensure every athlete receives quality attention and feedback.
Our outdoor training facility features:
- 60 - 90 Baseball Field
- Four outdoor hitting cages
- Six bullpen mounds
- Separate practice infield space
This setup allows us to run highly organized, station-based practices that provide constant movement, competitive reps, and high energy.
Training emphasis includes:
- Skill Development: Hitting, throwing, fielding, pitching, and base running fundamentals
- Position-Specific Work: Focused development for infielders, outfielders, pitchers, catchers, and hitters
- Team Defense & Game Strategy: Bunt defense, 1st & 3rd plays, relays, cutoffs, communication
- Situational Offense: Execution of team hitting concepts, base running decisions, and pressure reps
- Live Reps: Bullpens, batting practice, and defensive rotations to simulate in-game intensity
- High Repetition: Practice formats are built for volume—players are always moving, working, and improving
