OUR PROCESS
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT CONTINUUM
Team Crush Baseball is dedicated to providing comprehensive baseball player development. The main focus of our program is to help players of all ages and skill levels reach their full potential. Our coaches are highly experienced and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
We leverage the latest technology to enhance player development in addition to our exceptional coaching staff. We recognize technology's crucial role in the modern game of baseball. Incorporating cutting-edge tools and techniques allows us to provide the most efficient and effective training methods for players.
Our coaches are able to identify areas for improvement and tailor their coaching to meet the needs of individual players based on advanced video analysis, biomechanical assessments, and data-driven training programs. As a result of this personalized approach, each player receives the attention and guidance they need to achieve their full potential.

OUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS
IF YOU CAN'T MEASURE IT, YOU CAN'T IMPROVE IT
IF YOU ARE NOT ASSESSING, YOU’RE GUESSING
In our assessment process, we provide an objective method of measuring a player's performance. By using various assessment methods and technology, we are able to provide comprehensive information about the players' current condition. Using this information, we can identify a player's strengths and weaknesses and create training programs.
Initially, a baseline assessment is conducted, followed by routine and final assessments. This allows us to track progress and measure outcomes.
ARM CARE ASSESSMENT
Arm Care: We use the latest technology (Dynamometer) to accurately test and measure a player’s shoulder strength and range of motion. This information will allow us to develop a personalized arm care program based on the player’s unique needs to maximize their fullest potential best.
Range of Motion - Internal and External Range of Motion and Shoulder Flexion - Monitoring the range of motion is significant because research has shown even a slight loss or gain in the range of motion can lead to injury.
Strength - Internal and External Rotation and Scaption - Strength deficits or imbalances are one of the leading causes of an arm injury or poor performance.

HITTING ASSESSMENT
Our assessment process provides an objective means of measuring a player's hitting performance.
We use the most advanced swing analyzer technology to capture the players hitting metrics and video analysis to identify and customize a training program that meets the player’s individual needs.
We can capture and measure key data metrics using the latest camera and radar technology that measures and analyzes all possible data points of a batted ball in flight.
We collect actionable data to provide individualized training.
PERFORMANCE ACCESSMENT
Our performance assessment process is designed to provide a precise, data-driven understanding of each athlete's athletic capabilities. We believe that building a strong athletic foundation and refining fundamental motor skills are crucial for developing exceptional sport-specific abilities.
- Vertical Jump: Explosive lower body power.
- Reactive Strength Index (RSI): Rapid force application efficiency.
- Ground Contact Time: Efficiency of explosive movements.
- Agility (5-10-5 Pro Agility Drill): Quick change-of-direction ability.
- Hand Release Push-Ups: Upper body strength and endurance.
- Sit-Ups: Core strength and endurance.

MONITOR
A daily wellness tracking questionnaire serves as an essential component of our strength and conditioning program. It provides a comprehensive approach to monitor and assess the well-being of participants, enabling us to optimize their training experience.
The main purpose of implementing a daily wellness tracking questionnaire is to gather crucial information about participants' physical and mental states on a regular basis. By tracking various aspects of their well-being, we can identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of concern that may impact their performance. This data-driven approach allows us to make informed decisions when designing and adjusting individualized training plans.
MICRO LEARNING
To enhance our baseball player development program, we have created microlearning lessons using a learning management system. These bite-sized lessons are designed to cover a wide range of topics, including skill development, performance training, mental training, and proper nutrition.
Each lesson is concise and focuses on a single concept or skill. By breaking down complex information into smaller, manageable chunks, players can easily absorb and retain the information presented.
The topics covered in micro learning lessons are carefully selected to support our players' overall development. From enhancing specific skills such as batting, pitching, or fielding to improving mental toughness and agility, these lessons provide players with well-rounded training.
Furthermore, some of the micro learning lessons conclude with a brief quiz to assess the player's understanding of the topic. These quizzes serve as reinforcement and help players retain what they have learned. By consistently testing their knowledge, players can track their progress and identify areas where they may need to focus their efforts.
