2020 | This has been a great experience. Jax loves his team and is definitely growing as a player. The competition is a huge step up from travel and we feel that this is a great transition to prepare for HS baseball. Coach Baillet and Giordano are great with the kids and we are especially grateful to Coach Baillet for speaking with Jax about confidence and mindset. The quarantine effected Jax’s performance and we are looking forward to the fall season for him to improve on his skills and get back to the Rise and Grind Facility. The kids on the team have come together and work so well together. We are very pleased with team and hope that they will stay together and get better throughout the years. Thank you Crush! |
2020 | Great coaching, player development; good communication and flexible approach to an unprecedented and difficult season. |
2020 | Korey really enjoyed the summer season as well as the winter training. The coaching is excellent and he really respects and likes Coach Betances and Caputo. Korey also really clicked with his teammates as they had fun together and were supportive of each other. The tournaments that his team attended were a great fit for the team and the communication with Crush was excellent. The schedule was always posted on sports engine and any changes were immediately updated and communicated to us. This was a challenging year/season but Crush always communicated and did all they could to keep the boys training and got them on the field as soon as possible. Crush has also motivated Korey to make a plan to work hard on strength and skills this year as he enters high school as he hopes to continue playing and improving his skills. We already have and will continue to recommend Crush to others. |

The programs disciplined approach incorporates important nuances of the game, providing support for serious, driven and highly skilled players. |

2021 | This was our first summer with Crush and the experience exceeded my expectations. The summer showcases were great exposure for the upcoming seniors and opened dialogue with college coaches. Overall the summer was great! |
2021 | Professional coaches and great forms of communication from the owners . |
2021 | I always knew that when I dropped my son off at workouts, he was getting the best instruction that was geared towards hard work, dedication, and teaching him the right way to play the game. I also appreciate the number of sessions available to him throughout the off season. All of that on top of what is offered through Aces Nation makes Team Crush worth every dollar!!! |
2021 | Focus on player development -- especially like off season arm care for pitchers. |
2021 | Excellent program. I really liked the variety of games/tournaments. The ability to work inside at Rise & grind is a huge asset. |
2021 | Crush is extremely organized and the coaching is excellent. They offer flexibility when it comes to training during the winter allowing the boys to pick times that work for their schedule Also, lots of practices built in to the summer program The team my son has been a part of is extremely competitive and his teammates are talented baseball players in addition to being really nice kids. |
2021 | It’s great organization and well run. Kids get plenty of exposure in Northeast region. |
2021 | Solid instruction, philosophy, plenty of practices, good indoor facility and proven college recruiting |
2021 | The skill development and level of play is strong. We like the focus on practice and development vs simply playing as many games as possible. As the parent of a high schooler interested in potentially playing beyond high school, the program gives good exposure to how colleges run camps, what they are looking for, etc. |
2021 | Well organized, Quality Coaches, High Caliber Players, Attentive Admin |
2022 | Skilled, wonderful coaches; fantastic communication; very positive and enjoyable experience for players and parents. Thanks Jerry, George, Dan and everyone else! |

2023 | Coaching, opportunities for growth and exposure, amazing teamwork/camaraderie |
2023 | The coaches and directors are very "player conscious" and are more concerned about the players well being than of winning. I believe the parents appreciate that more than the boys. |

2023 | We've recommended Crush because Connor loves his coaches and teammates. He’s learned a great deal from the practices and training. |
2023 | Coaches are skilled in baseball and coaching and trading. They foster an environment where everyone can learn, grow as ball players and build the team. Coaches work hard and sacrifice a lot too. My son learned a lot and this year helped him narrow down his college search. |
Not only do the coaches/Crush organization care about the team but they care about each individual player. | |

2023 | The facility at Rise & Grind is great and the winter workouts and accessibility of the facility was excellent. The recruiting meeting was very informative. |
2023 | Great coaching, very good off season training program. Excellent atmosphere surrounding the team and program. |
2023 | We are very happy with the organization. First, we appreciate the coaches, we all know that coaching can make or break a team. How coaches manage players, keep the game fun, instill the fundamentals, and focus on development — not only as athletes, but as young men is extremely important and the Crush organization has definitely fulfilled that. Next, the mission. While the focus is mostly on player development, in which we’re very happy about, we absolutely love the exposure as well.Thank you! |
2023 | Coaching, off season program, organized, attracting a good group of kids (respectful, hard working). Would hold kids to higher standard on commitment to team for duration of season. |
2023 | Top notch leadership and off season offerings, as well as quality of other players |
2023 | George, Jerry and Dan run an A+ program. The team was extremely prepared and coached well. They were a pleasure to watch. Orlando, Brian and Jack were engaged and brought great balance of intensity and fun for the boys. I thought Brian brought a great amount of strategy to each tournament. Lastly, the families of all players were a pleasure to spend long weekends with. |
2024 | Well run program dedicate to overall development and challenges players with competitive tournaments |
2024 | I appreciate the focus on player development. It isn't about winning trophies, the organization is focused on trying to get 100% from the each kid and pushes them to be better |

2024 | Compared to other programs that Jace’s friends play for, Crush provides more training and an organized schedule. |
2024 | The training program is by far the most comprehensive I've experienced. I've noticed a big improvement in Peter’s performance that is a direct reflection of the program. |
2024 | Knowledgeable coaches that teach the game the right way, expecting full effort with no excuses, great facility and more than enough opportunity to get reps. Quality of opponents could improve. |
2024 | Focus on team development, strong culture, organized practice schedule, and a solid tournament process. Coaches are knowledgeable and care about the kids. Can see player progress over multiple years. Overall a very good experience. |
2024 | I am a big fan of the emphasis put on player development ahead of winning singular games. My son’s improvement over the course of the year was very easily noted. I am also a big fan of the emphasis placed on arm care for pitchers. You really run a top notch program. |
2024 | Player development is great! |
2024 | A few reasons why I'd recommend Crush to others: 1) the Winter training program; 2) the focus on practice and improvement above all; 3) the seriousness of the program and the focus on empowering the players (including funneling communications through them) which I feel is aiding in the kids maturation process; 4) the value Crush places on work ethic and dedication; 5) The feeling that Crush creates that the Players are really part of a top-notch program playing at the highest levels of baseball for their age. Lincoln proudly wears his Crush gear to school, other activities, etc. To be balanced, while I feel like I have developed very strong relationships with Crush/Rise and Grind ownership/leadership, and feel like I have access. |
2024 | Organized, reliable, structured learning with a plan, always plenty of coaches to assist encouraging questions. |
2024 | We've been really happy with the coaching over the past few years. Tirado and coach Owen were exceptional. Great baseball knowledge but even better educators. Really like the culture Crush is building. Winter programming is good. |
