Team Crush Player Evaluations

Team Crush Baseball is one of the prominent travel baseball organizations based in Westchester County, New York. Our program prepares players to play at the next level with year-round training that focuses on player development and exposure.

Our player evaluations are a cornerstone of the Team Crush Baseball and Rise and Grind Training program. The primary purpose of these evaluations is to assess each player's current skill set, athletic potential, and overall baseball aptitude. This allows our coaching staff to accurately place athletes on teams where they will be challenged, develop effectively, and contribute meaningfully. It also helps us identify areas for individual growth, ensuring our personalized training programs are tailored to each player's unique needs.

Q: What should my player bring to the evaluation? Players should bring their glove, bat, helmet, and catcher's gear (if applicable). Please also ensure they wear appropriate baseball attire, including baseball pants, a hat, and spikes. Don't forget a drink to stay hydrated!

Q: How do we schedule the private evaluation? If you have registered for a private evaluation, someone from Team Crush Baseball will contact you directly to schedule your private evaluation session. All evaluations will take place at our training facility: Rise and Grind Training, located at 125 Marbledale Rd, Tuckahoe, NY 10709.

Q: When will we find out if my player made the team? You will receive the player evaluation results within two weeks of your evaluation session.
